Today I got a mail from Vodafone guys that they have launched their 3G USB stick which allows you to access internet by putting your SIM Card inside it and plugging it as a USB drive on your PC.
The Vodafone 3G USB stick is packed with following features –
- You can send SMS from your computer.
- It supports 2GB Micro SD card for extra memory space.
- 3G broadband speed which is also available while roaming.
- High Speed Vodafone EDGE connectivity.
- No CD required, it’s plug and play.
The software is available for MAC and Windows user which will allow you to connect to the internet by inserting some authentication data.
Though it’s bit expensive if you are planning to buy it soon. As per their site it’ll cost Rs. 5499 in India which I think is very much expensive considering other options of Reliance and TATA Indicom mobile connect cards. But they do promise 3G broadband speed.
