Sometime back we discussed simple way to take screenshots in Apple iPhone. Since Google’s Android phone is also gaining some popularity all over the world , there’s no reason we shouldn’t discuss tips and tricks of it on Whibb.
In Apple iPhone it’s very simple to take screenshots as it is inbuilt feature of the phone. But in Android there’s no such direct method of capturing screenshots rather you need to install an app for doing this.
Steps to be followed -
- You need to have root access of your Phone.
- Download the android Screenshot app first (.apk format) and then install it.
- Select the waiting time after which screenshot will be taken. You can choose from 5 seconds to 25 seconds.
Actually this is needed because the app runs in background and there are not shortcuts associated with the screenshot taking, so that’s why the app is asking you for the time so that you can adjust the screen. - Once the screenshot is taken you can go back to the app and can view it and save it on our phone’s disk.
Though we will really appreciate if Google comes up with something inbuilt just like an Apple’s iPhone, as the app may consume some resources of your Android Phone.
