There are thousands of Gadgets available for download for Windows Vista. But if you don’t have Vista, you can’t run them on your Windows XP machine. Though there are several other small little apps to do the job for XP.
Joshoon has come up with real Sidebar for Windows XP. It uses Alky framework to port the sidebar to Windows XP.
To get them running on your Windows XP machine, download the package, install Alky from it and run the Sidebar. It also contains the Gadget Gallery.

Hello, I have a program that will now run in Vista, which is the operating system I run on my laptop. However, it design to run in Window XP. I was wondering can I download a version of Window XP and keep my Vista program, as well? I really need to view this cd quite often and have to leave my house to do so. Please help!!! Trina
