Remove the Hard disk and insert it to your new laptop
Removing hard disk from a laptop is not a big deal but make sure that your hard disk is compatible with your new laptop. If after plugging in your laptop shows some error, then probably it is not supported on your hardware and you should then follow the second method.

Buy 2.5 inch USB enclosure for your laptop’s hard disk
Though this will cost you a little but this is the easiest way to recover your old file. But the advantage here is that you can use the old hard disk as your portable drive to store files in it too.
