Best Blog list is something very hard to compile. There are so many blogs on the internet and even if you start counting popular blogs it will take you days to come up with your personal favorites.
Popular online Magazine TIME has compiled the list of popular Blogs of 2009 along with list of 5 overrated blogs too. If you are a Tech Blogger then you will notice that there are very few Blogs that you can recognize out of 25.
