Toondoo is a free online service to make wonderful comic strips and then publish and share them on the web community. The good thing is that anyone can get involved even if you don’t have good hand at drawing. Just drag and drop the characters from the vast collection in their library. Add the backgrounds, callouts and other objects and you are ready to publish your comic strip on the web. You can also add your objects into the library and can save it for future reference.
Apart from this you can also change the emotions associated with the characters and can change their colors too. There are tons of characters as well as backgrounds and other objects and you can almost put any of your thoughts in these comic strip using them. 
Toondoo also has a social community where they keep having variety of contests and discussions by the registered participants. Users can also rate the cartoon strips of others.
