I tried opening a link from one of the popular tech blog on the web makeuseof.com and this is what I am seeing -
I even tried searching on Google and then open some of the links and their main Blog page but again the same result. Even tried opening with anonymous proxies on the web. Never imagined this for very esteemed blog on the web.
So is it a -
o Digg Effect ??
o Server Crash ??
o or the Feedburner subscribers burned our favorite Blog ?
Someone please tell me. Waiting to know what happened !
Update 1: Mark O’Neill who is a chief editor of MUO has officially announced that Godaddy account of makeuseof.com has been hacked. He has even made a temporary makeuseof account of blogspot to give us updates.Thanks Arpit.
Update 2: It seems that hacker of makeuseof.com Ali Ferank from Dubai has asked ransom amount of 2000$ to return the domain back to makeuseof. He sent an email blackmailing makeuseof guys which reads -

Bad luck man! the domain account of MUO @GoDaddy has been hacked and now mark has confirmed it…
I hope that team will sort out this very soon & till then Just miss our fav blog!

I agree to Anony, I work on one of the reputed company of Russia. Our domain got hacked recently and was hosted to GoDaddy
