It’s just so hard to believe that an iPhone App with name iFart can be one of the most downloaded app and currently bestselling app too at Apple iTunes store. The app comes with the punch line as ‘It is now safe to flatuate’ sold more than 13K units just in 10 days and history thereafter.
We were just shocked when its creator Joel Comm made the app sales and rankings public on December 23rd. An iFart app was officially launched on 12th December,2008 for iPhone and iPod Touch at Apple’s iTunes Store. The sales figure has been increasing since then.
On the Christmas day, around 39K people purchased an iFart app (wow!) which makes iFart app the most downloaded app of Apple’s iTunes Store history and the creator Joel Comm became the richest iPhone developer earning loads of dollars in the last 10-15 days.
The sales figure can still increase as a "viral effect" to other countries where an iPhone was recently launched. And now with Walmart selling Apple iPhone for 99$ the sales figure can again rise.
