If you look at list of Amazon’s bestselling camcorders then top 5 cameras in that list will be Flip series one. With so economical price, Flip cameras have gained so much popularity that even high end HD camcorders like Sony, Canon comes no way even close to it.
Today, Pure digital has launched two new camcorders in the same series – Flip Ultra SD and Flip Ultra HD. The new cameras have now got improved replaceable battery giving you backup for around 3 hours of recording in HD mode and supports around 5 hours with standard resolution.
These two cameras have a 2 inch LCD and have the HD resolution of 720p. Both of them have HDMI output via an optional cable. Both the cameras have inbuilt speaker and can also be run on AA batteries.
With 2x digital zoom and no optical zoom the camera also supports video editing while connected to PC using the USB connector.
Price of Flip Ultra HD and SD cameras
Both the cameras will be available soon with the price tag of 149$ for Flip Ultra SD and around $199 for Flip Ultra HD
