Have you ever noticed that when downloading some of the images from Flickr you get "spaceball.gif" file and not the actual photo. This is due to the access settings that the user has set on that photo.
Though you can always get that image taking a screenshot or can manage to take that out from your Browser cache but there’s an easy way out. With Firefox you can quickly download that image.
Follow the simple steps –
- Go to the page where that image is and right click on your Firefox window.
Select the View Page info option. - Now click on the Media tab at the top of the window that appears.
- The media tab will display you the list of all the image files that are there on that page
Firefox Media Tab that displays all the images on a page.
- Scroll the images down and see what image you want. Right click and copy the path of that image.
- Paste on your Browser and the image is there.
NOTE: This trick is only meant for your knowledge. The owner of the image may not allow you to access his/her picture this way. So you should always look at the license that blocks that image and copy only with the consent of that person.
