Today Microsoft has announced Visual Studio 2010 for download on their website. This release is available as a public download for everyone. Earlier it was just for MSDN and Technet users who were involved in the testing of different editions of VS 2010 - Professional edition, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and .Net Framework 4.
What’s new in Visual Studio 2010 ?
There are lot of changes in VS 2010 with respect to IDE as well as the language including Visual basic, C#, C++ and F#. Also, with deployment you can target the latest version of .NET Framework in Windows installer deployment packages and ClickOnce.
