How to disable autorun and autoplay to protect USB flash drive from virus

Gone are the days when viruses came only through internet. Today if you don’t have trusted anti-virus solution for your Windows machine then you can’t even think of accessing your friend’s USB drive. 4 out of 10 cases the USB Flash drive will be infected by some or other virus.
