How to clear entire Internet History from Firefox

Recently, we showed you to how to completely delete your entire history on Windows XP/Vista. But if you don’t want to use any software there’s a quick shortcut to delete your internet history in Firefox.

If you are using Firefox version 2.0+ then press Control + Shift + Delete button together. OR from the tools menu select Clear Private Data. This will popup a small window.

If you save passwords in Firefox, then don’t check this option. Apart from that, to delete entire history which includes your search history, address bar history, data stored when typing in forms etc, select all the options and hit OK.

This will also clean and clear the cache of images etc. which was taking space on your hard disk.

The change will be immediate and you’ll notice it while typing a URL address.
