1. Download latest version of Internet Washer from here for Free .(~900KB). Install it and run.
2. Skip the registration process windows popup and on the left bar click Wash Settings button as show below.
3. Now to clean Internet History choose Browser Tab at the top and then choose your Browser. If you use only Internet Explorer then select all the options given under Internet Explorer. For other browsers do the same.
4. To clean your Recently opened File and and Windows search history, select the Windows Tab and select all the options. To delete Windows Media Player history choose Advanced Tab and select the corresponding option. And to delete your Instant messengers history select the Instant Messenger Option and tick on IMs for which you want to delete your entire history.
Just browse a little and see what all information you want to delete. After you are done press OK button below.
5. Final step! Now you’ll be shown all the options you selected to delete their history. To test how much space and files you’ll be deleting press on Test Now button. As you can see below I freed around 250MB of my disk space (which is too much) just by deleting Internet Explorer History and Windows temporary files.
