Browser hacking contest on Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer

When it comes to hacking there are two types of hackers, Black Hat and White Hat. Black Hat hackers are those who do unauthorized stuff like computer virus, cracking passwords etc. White Hat Hackers or Ethical Hackers are computer security experts who try to know the security loopholes in a software and carry out various other tests on a software or an internet app.

All such security events and contests are a part of CanSecWest conference which is going to take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada between 16-20 March, 2009.

Just be a little pro-active and keep watching the agenda for the famous Pwn2Own competition. This year there will be 2 Pwn2Own competition. One will be for Browsers ( IE8, Safari, Opera, Firefox ) and the other will be for Mobile operating system (Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian and RIM ).
