You must be aware of the famous Twitter popularity contest that is going between Ashton Kutcher, Britney Spears and CNN Breaking News. The popularity contest is about who will have 1 million Twitter followers first.

CNN Breaking News Twitter follower count – 971,138
You can see how close competition it is between them. CNET actually gave us hint that something is going to happen with Twitter very soon. Some people are saying that Google bought Twitter and some are even speculating that Twitter’s user interface is going to change soon.
It’ll be clear on Friday what change is going to happen with Twitter. Also we’ll come to know about the winner of this Twitter popularity contest whether it is Ashton Kutcher, Britney Spears or CNN Breaking News.
Though President Barack Obama is also not very far away but is very less likely to compete these three.
